Essential Functions (Job Duties)
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Provide research assistance at center.
Provide support to project coordinator(s), project managers, and directors.
Schedule, confirm, and coordinate calls and meetings.
Transcribe and follow-up on activities of the calls and meetings.
Provide data collection, entry, and reporting support.
Must have a Bachelor's degree in a social science (social work, psychology, criminal justice, or urban studies).
Preferred experience working on social science research projects.

Qualifications
Must have a Bachelor's degree in a social science (social work, psychology, criminal justice, or urban studies).
Preferred experience working on social science research projects.
Knowledge of criminal justice and community mental health systems (i.e. terminology, processes, goals and outcomes).
Comfortable with a variety of computer programs (including Microsoft Excel and Word, PowerPoint, SPSS and Dropbox).
Ability to learn computer applications quickly.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Ability to effectively interface with range of community stakeholders.
Reliable transportation to campus.
