Job Summary:
The UNC-CH Department of Pharmacology is seeking a Research Assistant Professor to generate novel molecules for visualizing and controlling signaling pathways in living cells. This person will generate biosensors and optogenetic/chemogenetic protein analogs using molecular biology approaches, and will assay protein function with modern techniques of fluorometry and enzymatic activity.
Minimum Qualifications:
Experience in cell signaling is highly desirable.Ph.D. in pharmacology, biochemistry, or a related science.
