Dr. Jalel Sager, Associate Professor in the MS in Energy Systems Management program, is seeking a research assistant to support research in low carbon energy systems.

Full Job Description:

Research assistant required for research into low carbon energy systems.  Graduate level background in energy science, technology, economics, and policy required.  The research assistant will compare the rates of change in technology and infrastructure required for a rapid low carbon energy transition to historical rates in both energy and non-energy areas.  Tasks may include literature review, annotated bibliographies, extracting data, preparing figures and tables, writing short briefs, and preparing articles.  The RA will meet with the instructor on a regular basis to discuss results and develop a publication strategy.  This work will take place during the spring 2024 semester. for 6 weeks beginning Monday, March 25th.
