Job Function
Under the supervision of a regular faculty member conducting the research project, the Research Assistant is responsible for conducting research and assisting the member in a variety of tasks in support of the research activities. The Research Assistant is responsible for leading a research project under the direction of the faculty member.

Position Summary Information


Essential Duties Summary
The role will require: 
 
The development of new theoretical models for program synthesis. 
 
Writing research code using CVC4 and SyGuS for implementation and evaluation. 
 
Reading academic papers on program synthesis. 
 
Contributing to the writing of academic works. 
 
Performing other related duties as required
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Required Qualification Summary
Experience and authority in the subject matter of the project in question. Experience in working with CVC4 or other SMT solvers. Comfortable with first-order logic and automated reasoning.
