Essential Functions (Job Duties)
-Cell culture maintenance, including but not limited to cell morphology, directionality, co-localization, and cell density in relationship to
-Perform quantitative image analysis of immunofluorescent imaging from a resonant scanning confocal microscope using the Imaris software.
-Potential in vivo work, immunofluorescence, confocal microscopy
-Designing and executing experiments
-Attending and managing lab meetings
-Assisting with 3D printer
BS required in Biomedical Engineering, neuroscience, or similar discipline
MS degree preferred
