This position will support the Associate Director of Community Outreach & Dissemination at the Center for Child and Family Well-Being. This position will support two primary projects: Be REAL campus program and Professional Well-Being Initiative. A key responsibility for this position is data management in RedCap. Responsibilities include: 1) Data Entry and Data Management: Uploading, downloading participant names into the system; scheduling and tracking the administration of surveys; building and testing surveys; manually entering responses. /// 2) Data Analysis: Creating and running reports; cleaning and organizing data sets in Excel; running descriptive analyses in Excel; creating tables and pie charts in Excel; copying qualitative data from Excel into MS Word and formatting documents. /// 3) Study Recruitment: Contacting program facilitators on campus to share recruitment materials; creating social media posts for study recruitment. /// 4) Supporting Literature Reviews: completing online searches to identify the latest facts and figures on well-being for various populations; searching, screening, retrieving, and organizing relevant publications. /// 5) Administrative Support: assembling training manuals, preparing materials; organizing files; proofreading and editing reports.

Skills/Eligibility:

This role requires exceptional attention to detail and ability to create timelines, work independently, and meet deadlines. Must demonstrate an ability to follow projects, tasks, and assignments through to completion and ensure accuracy. Intermediate or advanced proficiency in MS Excel and Word. Experience conducting research online and using online databases such as PubMed. Desired qualifications: Experience using RedCap and Zotero; an interest in well-being research and programs.
