Essential Functions (Job Duties)
In collaboration with program managers, develop a clinical research intervention re-engagement strategy for past elementary school research participants.
Collect, manage, and analyze data as it pertains to intervention site re-engagement with the BHC website, curriculum, resources, and social media pages.
Establish metrics for evaluating the success of the clinical research intervention.
Assist with the production of a BHC year-end, program re-engagement report in conjunction with the program managers.
Develop a communication plan for past intervention sites to promote re-engagement with the program.
Establish productive communication channels with personnel at individual intervention sites to assist with clinical program re-engagement.
Maintain comprehensive records of all communications with intervention site personnel, including collecting clinical intervention 'success stories.'
Develop and maintain an updated database of research intervention participants (e.g., elementary school principals, teachers, and key staff) who previously participated in the Building Healthy Communities elementary school 'healthy-schools' program.
Meet regularly with the BHC research team and/or program manager to report on progress of the clinical research intervention in elementary schools statewide.
 
Unique Duties
 
Qualifications
Bachelor degree required (Major in a health, education, or relevant field preferred);
Experience conducting research and/or program evaluation in education settings preferred;
Experience implementing health-related programs in K-12 schools preferred;
Strong organization and project management skills;
Excellent communication skills and professionalism;
Ability to work productively and effectively both individually and as a member of a team;
Proficient with mobile, desktop, and communication technologies.
