Job Description

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Baylor's Psychology & Neuroscience department is seeking a highly detail-oriented, analytical, and organized Part Time Research Assistant.
A bachelor’s degree, one year of experience, and an active Christian faith are required. A bachelor’s degree, three years of experience, and an active Christian faith are preferred.
Applications must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. 

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Participant recruitment, eligibility screening, and scheduling/coordination of study visits
  • Prepare study measures & prep supplies (including phlebotomy, heart rate variability assessments, and focus group protocol)
  • Assist in development of expressive writing intervention materials
  • Transcribe qualitative data collected from focus groups
  • Conduct participant interviews
  • Assist in data management, data cleaning and data analysis
  • Perform all other duties as assigned to support Baylor’s mission.
  • Ability to comply with university policies.
  • Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
