Job Summary | Primary responsibilities will be to help wrangle big clinical data and perform machine learning-based analysis for different translational research projects, particularly for developing conformal prediction models. You will generally work with BMIC personnel to support data wrangling, transformation, and translation for data sets from various sources. This will include helping organize processes and workflows to support a data processing pipeline and understanding and documenting the steps in the processing. This position is a 6 month temporary part-time hourly effort funded until June 30th, 2024. |

Minimum Qualifications | Bachelor’s degree in a Social or Behavioral Science, Liberal Arts, or a field related to the area of research, or equivalency (2 years related work experience may be substituted for 1 year of education); one year of experience in research and analytical techniques; demonstrated statistical and quantitative analysis experience; and demonstrated human relation and effective communication skills required. Applicants must demonstrate the potential ability to perform the essential functions of the job as outlined in the position description. |
