Responsibilities
The Dermatology Division is seeking a Research Assistant 2 (SRA 2). Primary duties include:
•Perform immunological techniques, such as isolating perphereal blood mononuclear cells (PBMC), differentiating macrophage, stimulating cells, harvesting cells for RNA isolation and flow cytometry, harvesting supernatants for ELISA, and independently running ELISA and flow cytometry
•Basic lab duties, such as washing of glassware, autoclaving, restocking of laboratory inventory, lab equipment maintenance, and quality control
