This is a full-time benefits-eligible position. Position Purpose
Perform miscellaneous custodial duties to fill in for anyone on vacation or absent, as assigned, to include: sweep, dust mop, spot mop, spray buff, shower scrub, burnish, and refinish all hard surface floors throughout the assigned area, or as assigned by the supervisor. Vacuum, spot clean, shampoo, extract carpets throughout the assigned area, or as assigned by the supervisor. Move furniture, equipment, materials, and perform other general maintenance. Service, clean, and disinfect restrooms, classrooms, offices, and clean drinking fountains. Remove trash and debris from building to dumpster. Clean entry way, partition glass, interior windows, blinds, light fixtures, and vents. Replace light bulbs, as needed. Dust furniture, spot clean walls, ceilings, and doors/frames, as needed. Maintain custodial closets, work areas, and equipment in a clean and safe manner. Snow removal, as required. Report to the Main Office by job request anything that needs repairing or replacing. Order and re-stock supplies. Buff, recondition, strip, seal, and finish resilient and hard surface floors. Vacuum, shampoo, spot, or extract manmade and synthetic carpets. Distribute supplies and move equipment. Respond to emergency calls and unlock/lock otherwise secure buildings. Report maintenance problems found while performing duties. Remove trash and recycling materials from all buildings. Perform special projects, as assigned by the supervisor.

High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
Computer Skills
Experience
Previous custodial experience preferred.
Resilient and hard surface floor care experience preferred.
