Equivalent relevant work experience may be substituted for degree requirement. This position is located at UPMC Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh in Lawrenceville. PA Child Abuse History Clearance, PA State Police Criminal Record Check, and FBI Criminal Record Check will be required prior to the start of employment. Job Summary

Serves as point of contact for regulatory affairs and responds to inquiries related to all state, local, federal, and industrial compliance policies and regulations. Creates various tracking and regulatory documents and provides status updates on visit report entries. Coordinates trade compliance training for faculty and staff and performs various administrative duties.


Essential Functions 

•Serves as point of contact for regulatory affairs and responds to inquiries related to all state, local, federal, and industrial compliance policies and regulations.
•Creates and maintains various tracking and regulatory documents for the University.
•Coordinates training on topics related to trade compliance for University faculty and staff.
•Performs various administrative duties such as managing report reviews, purchases, travel arrangements, and budget loads.
•Monitors visit report entries and provides status updates.
