■ Responsible for the continuous and ongoing clinical management of the
outpatient population of assigned patients.
This will be accomplished while carrying out the Mission, Goals and Objectives of
the University of Miami Hospital, while focusing on the patients, physicians, and the
employees as customers.
■ Facilitates communication with other departments to ensure efficiency & coordination of

A graduate of an accredited school of nursing (BSN) with a valid State of FL RN license. In addition to education, a minimum of 2 years of medical/surgical nursing experience required. Gastroenterology or procedural nursing experience preferred Must have current BLS certification. Any combination of relevant education, work experience, and / or certifications will be considered. Note: New Graduate RN applications will not be accepted or considered for this position.

Patient safety is a top priority.
