UW Medical Center - Northwest has an outstanding opportunity for a full time (100% FTE, 40 hours per week), day shift REGISTERED NURSE to join our Digestive Health Clinic. Our Digestive Health Clinic provides consultative services for digestive, gastrointestinal, and liver disorders. Our team of physicians and advanced practice providers are experts in the care of inflammatory bowel disease, esophageal and swallowing disorders.

SCHEDULE
The Registered Nurse will work 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday. The Digestive Health Clinic is open 8:00am - 5:00pm.

RESPONSIBILITIES
The Registered Nurse will be responsible for answering patient calls and eCare messages, following up on medical records and test results, managing prescriptions and referrals, and providing nursing advice in person, via phone and via telehealth. The Registered Nurse will play an active role on our digestive health phone line and will handle phone triage on a daily basis.
