The Recruitment & Marketing Coordinator leads all recruitment and marketing efforts for the College of Allied Health Professions. This individual reports to the Senior Director of Enrollment Management & Student Affairs

Strong customer service skills, excellent organizational skills, ability to work independently, make sound decisions, resolve issues and conflicts, work effectively with diverse groups of people.
This position requires excellent communication skills, both oral and written and the ability to multi-task and maintain a professional demeanor under pressure and in challenging situations.
Ability to problem solve by critically evaluating alternative courses of action and arriving at solutions that are best for both the unit/ college and UNMC.
Working knowledge of related technological resources/ software.
Demonstrated style of participatory leadership that fosters a climate of respect and collegiality to include competency regarding: conflict management, supervision, mentoring and team building.
Demonstrated understanding of regulatory framework and internal controls and ability to apply them within the business unit/college.
Knowledge of when to elevate an issue to a supervisor.
