Essential Job Duties | This position provides administrative support for Campus Enterprises and Procurement and Business Services Office. This position is the first contact for internal and external visitors; respond to phone and in-person inquiries and have a friendly and easy-going demeanor while also being proactive and professional. Primary responsibilities may include but not limited to, customer service, hospitality, maintain and order office supplies, distribute and process incoming/outgoing, and intercampus mail, answer phones, and assist in special events and special projects. This position is also responsible for filing, sorting, data input, and requests for finance and business management. Assist with facility operations planning repairs, customer requests, and minor record keeping. Assist with human resources requests and backup administration services. This position will work with the Procurement and Business Services Office distributing P-cards with attention to security issues. |
