Job Description

Under the direction of the Maintenance Operations Manager, the Receiving Specialist will oversee the receiving department for DSA. The Specialist will ensure that all goods and services are received in good and accurate condition in accordance with state, university and department policy. Receiving Specialist will assist with material distribution and maintaining proper stock levels.


Required Qualifications

Previous experience with receiving process in HokieMart or similar purchasing database. Extensive computer experience including MS Office products and experience working with electronic work order systems.


Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in receiving. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.


Salary Information

Salary $36,000 - $42,000, commensurate with experience

The successful candidate will be required to have a criminal conviction check as well as a driving check with a safe driving record.
