We are excited to be opening the doors to a stunning new dining facility, Fall 2024! This state-of-the-art facility features seven unique micro-restaurants that celebrate an expansive array of food and cultures. Designed to comfortably accommodate over 900 students, faculty, staff and guests; the facility features roof decks with views of the Oval and a floor-to-ceiling fireplace. Minimum Required Experience
  • One (1) year of experience in procurement, receiving, stocking, and maintaining storeroom or ordering manager.
  • ServSafe certified within one year of employment; employer offers training.
  • Knowledge of standard receiving procedures.
  • Ability to multi-task while paying attention to details.
  • Have or ability to obtain a MT driver’s license within 6 months of hire.
  • Attend and pass a driver’s safety course provided by the University.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Degree in Foodservice management, or like degree, or equivalent in high-volume foodservice establishment.
  • Two (2) years of experience in procurement, receiving, stocking and maintaining store room or ordering manager

Position Details

Position Title:            Receiver and Inventory Clerk (Purchasing/Supply Associate I)

Position Number:      New

Department:               UM Campus Dining

Work Schedule:         Full-time, 1.0 FTE (40 Hours a week),

    Shifts varies upon unit need, 12 months/year

Salary:                         $19.813/hr

Union Affiliation:        FOCUS-MFPE

Probationary Period: Six months minimum
