Job Summary:

Responsible for the quality control administration and quality management of custodial operations; financial management, purchasing requisitions, implementing, and ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and sanitation standards.

 

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday; flexible hours


Job Duties:

  • Responsible for the execution, and effectiveness of a system of quality and internal controls.
  • Oversees departmental operations to ensure effective and efficient operations; ensures department assets are safeguarded.
  • Verifies the implementation of solutions and/or corrective actions.
  • Reviews and audits departmental financial information.
  • Ensures the department complies with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Ensures all employees are knowledgeable in the required policies, procedures, and requirements applicable to a specific functional area.
  • Management duties include interviewing, selecting employees; planning and directing work, coaching, and evaluating performance.
  • Responsible for the financial aspects of the department and purchasing requisitions.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned.

    Education:

    High school diploma or GED is required.

    Bachelor’s degree is preferred.


    Experience:

    Three (3) years of quality control and/or financial management experience is required.


    Supervisory Requirements:

     Has the authority to direct the work of others, hire or fire employees, or provide recommendations as to the hiring, firing, advancement, promotion or any other change of status of other employee.
