The Quality Control Analyst is directly responsible for assisting the football staff with their practice and game preparation, as is permissible under NCAA rules and regulations. Additionally, the Quality Control Analyst will be responsible for analysis, quality control, administrative, and organizational capacities.

CORE JOB FUNCTIONS                                                                                                           

  • Synthesizes information by scouting opponents and breaking down details of opponent’s assigned unit (offense, defense, special teams) for in-season and off-season study.
  • Constructs, edits and distributes of the game plans for assigned areas (offense, defense, special teams).
  • Assists offensive/ defensive coaching staffs with strategy and game plan formulation for each opponent.
  • Assists offensive/ defensive coaching staffs with all duties for practice including administration of practice scripts and creating/ drawing up play cards for scout team.
  • Constructs, edits and distributes the playbook for assigned areas (offense, defense, special teams).
  • Assists in compiling grades, rankings and play counts for assigned area (offense, defense special teams).
  • Coordinates with video staff and graduate assistants with all video cutup/game breakdown.
  • Provide statistical breakdowns for offensive and/or defensive coaches.
  • Manages post-game clip videos and PowerPoint presentations.
  • Assists with recruiting and closing packets as assigned.
  • Adheres to University and unit-level policies and procedures and safeguards University assets.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in relevant field; and a minimum of two years of relevant experience.
