Position Description:
Work Schedule: Full Time, Monday - Friday
Work Location: Sports Medicine Clinic, Dunnavant Valley

Under the direction of the Physical Therapist, to administer physical therapy treatment according to established professional standards and uphold patient safety in all interactions. To complete patient related documentation ensuring content and timeliness to meet professional requirements and legal/regulatory specifications. To participate in clinical training of assigned students and interns. To work in Acute Care, Inpatient Rehabilitation and/or Outpatient areas as assigned.


Position Requirements:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Graduate from an accredited School of Physical Therapy Program required. Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement.

LICENSE, CERTIFICATION AND/OR REGISTRATION:
Currently licensed, eligible to be licensed or having a temporary license as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) according to the rules and regulations of the Alabama Board of Physical Therapy required. Currently certified with Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) required
