Special Assignments | May be required to perform other duties as assigned. May be required to assist the agency or state government generally in the event of an emergency declaration by the Governor. |
KSA's/Required Qualifications | Excellent customer service skills and experience working in a high-volume customer service environment, in order to assist students, faculty, staff and the general public. Practices regular & reliable attendance. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings & weekends. Proficiency in the use of technology and utilizing word processing, spreadsheets and database software. Ability to learn new software programs.Strong organizational and decision-making skills and the ability to work without direct supervision in a fast-paced environment. Proven experience in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented office environment or in an educational setting such as a college, academic resource center, or library is preferred. |
Additional Considerations | Education and training and/or work experience equivalent to an Associate’s Degree. Completion of coursework in, or demonstrated knowledge of, Microsoft Office Suite programs. Demonstrated knowledge of community college mission and programs. |
