Position Description:

The department of digital transformation is currently looking for a skilled Project Specialist to join our team. This position will assist in project planning and coordination. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the DTC management team, employing problem-solving abilities and strong organizational skills to provide comprehensive support throughout all project phases. Effective communication skills are crucial as you will be liaising with various stakeholders and vendors to ensure projects remain on track and within budget. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Aid in the development and monitoring of project plans, ensuring adherence to timelines and milestones. Contribute to the creation of program dashboards to provide clear insights into project progress. Address any issues that may arise during project execution promptly and effectively. Generate reports as required to keep stakeholders informed of project status and performance. Collaborate with Project Specialist III and other team members on project planning, scheduling, and budgeting activities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant professional experience.
  • Prior experience in project management would be advantageous.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, especially spreadsheet software such as Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Candidates with additional certifications or qualifications in project management will be given preference. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Target Compensation Maximum: $68,900
