Apply project management knowledge, technical and interpersonal skills, and project management tools and techniques to meet the project requirements of research projects coordinated through the Research Project Management Central Service Center
Implement standard project management processes, tools and methodology to support small to medium non-clinical research projects. Consistently applying standard project management methodology, processes, and tools to projects manages.
Duties may include but are not limited to:
- Plan, lead, and facilitate project team meetings.
- Develop and implement communication plans
- Develop detailed task lists and standard operating procedures
- Coordinate logistical aspects of proposal development
- Assist with project initiation and protocol management activities
- Work with functional managers to resolve schedule and resource conflicts. Escalate difficult project issues as appropriate.
Perform any other related duties incidental to the work described herein. Education/Training
- Bachelor's degree. Additional training in Project Management or related training is desired.
Experience
- Two years of experience in project management, with increasing scope and independence. OR AN EQUIVALENT COMBINATION OF RELEVANT EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to independently drive multiple projects at one time
- Demonstrated experience delivering quality project outcomes and meeting project deadlines
