The Project Manager (PM) role supports the intake, planning, execution, and closure of non-technical projects from around Continuum College. The role involves managing for scope, cost, schedule, quality, risks, and change control in collaboration with other Continuum College units. The qualified candidate has experience successfully managing projects of varying complexity, often in a product development environment. They are able to complete work through project leadership, facilitation, influencing, and hands-on performance. They communicate clearly and work effectively with stakeholders at every level of the organization, as well as demonstrating flexibility and the ability to adapt to shifts in business strategy and priorities, project tactics, team capabilities, and organizational maturity.
