JOB DUTIES
Description
The Department of Medicine is actively seeking to hire a Project Manager. This position primarily involves conducting in-depth analytical studies on policies, projects, and programs, with a focus on providing essential support to various functions, research initiatives, and organizational units. As a key contributor, you’ll play a pivotal role in policy and program planning, administration, and offer consultative services to department administrators and stakeholders. The Department is seeking a dynamic individual with a proven track record as a technical leader in this field, with a comprehensive knowledge base. Your recognized expertise in research project management is of paramount importance, as you will frequently engage in complex problem-solving, addressing unique challenges and issues without established precedents Annual salary range: $78,800-$175,000

Qualifications
Required: * Advanced degree in related area and / or equivalent experience / training * Thorough knowledge of administrative, budgetary, human resources and financial principles and practices. * Strong oral and written communication skills * Strong ability to think creatively and independently on concepts requiring advanced analytical skills * Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse groups to achieve results. * Strong ability to work collaboratively with internal and external peers and managers * Solid fundraising experience Preferred: * Academic background and experience in selected area of research
