Description of Work
The Project Manager will be responsible for providing significant leadership in coordinating INSIGHTS implementation and research delivered to teachers, students, and parents. The Project Manager will be responsible for day-to-day management of the project. Specifically, this person will be responsible for working with a facilitator to set up parent and teacher sessions; scheduling collaborations with experts consultants; managing/conducting data analysis, and coordinating with CYFS support units. Position is six hours/week through May 1, 2024.

Minimum Required Qualifications
Master’s Degree in educational psychology, psychology, early childhood education, special education, social work, sociology or a related field, or equivalent degree or experience. At least one year of experience with INSIGHTS, a kindergarten – 1st grade SEL (temperament, etc.) classroom-based intervention. Candidates must possess leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Candidates must demonstrate responsibility, dependability, and professionalism and possess project management, quantitative data analysis, and SPSS skills.
Preferred Qualifications
The ideal candidate will be a current UNL employee possessing a PhD in educational psychology, psychology, early childhood education, special education, social work, sociology or a related field. Prefer research management and implementation experience and familiarity with: (a) classroom-based interventions and (b) early childhood.
