Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field and four years of related experience.  Additional experience may be used on a one-to-one basis to offset the educational requirements. The university offers market competitive salary and benefits.  Grade EF.  Salary commensurate with experience.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Direct Manufacturing Extension Partnership (MEP) experience
  • Experience in a non/not-for-profit environment
  • Experience within an academic setting
  • Experience working with third party contractors.
  • Demonstrated proficiency developing charts, reports, and dashboards.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite. 
  • Experience working out of a remote office.
Position Description

Grant Funded Position. Continued employment contingent on grant renewals

This position will report to the senior management team. Position will be responsible for the administration of KMEPS's CRM, Salesforce. Main responsibilities include coordination of the development of reports and general user interface with Salesforce database.  

  • Coordination and responsibility for the integrity of KMEP's Salesforce CRM database.
  • Generation of KMEP reports and dashboards, aligning needs with the KMEP team members as well as the UofL and NIST reporting principles.
  • Represent KMEP as the point of contact for Salesforce, reporting, and dashboard matters.
  • Support NIST MEP and UofL initiatives as they relate to KMEP operations.
