Duties combine project leadership, administrative responsibilities, change management, and project communications. This position will work closely and collaboratively with the leadership, staff, and members of the Health Sciences Research (HSR) and Social Behavior Sciences (SBS) IRBs, Post Approval Monitoring office, Clinical Trials Office, and school/unit committees charged with oversight of research involving human participants. The HRPP Project Manager will consult with Procurement and Supplier Diversity Services to determine the appropriate means to solicit and review information from potential suppliers; review must include an assessment by Information Security to confirm that proposed products/services meet institutional security requirements. They will be the primary point of contact for internal and external suppliers proposing IRB solutions for consideration. The HRPP Project Manager will ensure adherence to project timelines, effectively communicate project progress, maintain clear project documentation, and prepare and present final deliverables (i.e., completed AAHRPP submission packet and final IRB system recommendations) to leadership.  This position will not be expected to manage budget or finances.
