Qualifications

Required:

Ability to initiate projects, delegate tasks and supervise through to completion

Creative development and supervision of no-contact recruitment activities including website design, social media platforms, digital advertising, etc. to meet recruitment targets and study goals.

Ability to analyze information, situations, problems, policies and procedures to: 1) define problems accurately, 2) identify potential solutions, 3) select appropriate solutions for application, 4) formulate logical and objective conclusions from data observation

Demonstrated expertise in the IRB, including preparation and submission of applications.

Excellent writing skills to review reports, correspondences, and articles/chapters submitted for publication.

Ability to forecast and control expenses; demonstrated financial analysis, budget preparation and management.

Demonstrated skill in supervising employees in varying positions, including a research assistant, through delegation of responsibilities and overseeing workflow as it relates to the study project.

Working knowledge of requirements and procedures involved in grant proposal, abstract and journal article submission to different journals, private organizations, and governmental agencies.

Ability to use journal and granting agency study guidelines to prepare manuscripts, proposals, and bibliographies

Must be fluent in current policies relating to human subjects in research.
