Description

The Department of Medicine is seeking to hire a Project Coordinator to engage in analytical investigations spanning various policies, projects, programs, and issues. This role supports the function, research initiatives, programs, and organizational units, as well as the exploration of new or evolving systems and programs. Responsibilities include aiding in policy and program planning, development, administration, management, and implementation. Additionally, the role involves interpreting, monitoring, and analyzing information related to policies and procedures, offering consultative services to department administrators, and collaborating with other stakeholders. Hourly range: $24.62-$48.18

Qualifications

Required: * Bachelor’s degree in related area and / or equivalent experience / training * Skills to learn organization-specific and other computer application programs * Basic communication and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing * Ability to use discretion and maintain all confidentiality * Ability to use sound judgment in responding to issues and concerns. Basic skills to analyze and research information and learn to synthesize large amounts of data with strong attention to detail * Basic program and project management skills * Acquiring knowledge of applicable policy analysis techniques
