The Dean’s Office is the administrative and operational center of the Brown University School of Public Health. This position seeks a project coordinator interested in advancing the Academic dean’s strategic vision, supporting faculty and students, and contributing to the school’s commitment to improve public health. 

The Project Coordinator manages/directs the day-to-day operations of the office of the Academic Dean including overall project coordination, drafting communications, report and presentation dissemination, calendar management, note taking, agenda setting and overall daily functions and projects requested by the Academic Dean. 

The Project Coordinator works closely with the Academic Dean, Project Director and other faculty members on a wide range of project-related tasks for ongoing office and school administrative operations. Education and Experience

Master’s Degree and 1-2 or equivalent combination of education and experience OR Bachelor’s degree and 2-5 years relevant experience.

 Demonstrated ability to support a community of diverse perspectives and cultures in an inclusive environment.
