Project Assistant, The Water Center at Penn

Job Profile Title

Job Description Summary

The Water Center Project Assistant reports to the Director of Applied Research and Programs at the Water Center at Penn. They will support the Director and two research managers to effectively deliver on the Center's set of projects. This will be a hybrid position with 3 days per week expected at the Water Center offices. This is a temporary position.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Project coordination (e.g. scheduling meetings and meeting notes, managing project calendar and project communications, drafting project reports, tracking project budgets and timelines, supporting management of any project data).)

  • Supporting communications and development activities as needed such as webinars planning, corporate engagement event support, career event support, website management, report editing and formatting.

  • Supporting procurement and student employment activities as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree with 0-1 years experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
