Project Administrator, Center for Faculty Advancement

The Project Administrator will provide project and event management support for the Center for Faculty Advancement. Manage related activities across the Center to include planning and managing the timelines and collateral assets for Center initiatives, workshops, programs, and events. Prioritizes, arranges, and coordinates timelines for projects, events, initiatives, and manages special projects emanating from and across the Center for Faculty Advancement

Required Education:
Bachelor's Degree
Preferred Education:
Master's Degree
Required Experience:
2+ years years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must include experience organizing projects and programs that further organizational goals and objectives.
Preferred Experience:
2+ years Demonstrated ability to influence and effectively communicate with all levels of the organization. Proficiency with Google Suite productivity tools.
Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication, and organizational skills. Ability to multi-task and/or coordinate multiple assignments. Ability to interpret and implement policies and procedures, and effectively communicate detailed information to a diverse population, both verbally and in writing. Excellent problem-solving skills and the demonstrated ability to exercise good judgment. Proficiency with standard word-processing, spreadsheet and database software.
Preferred Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
Excellent organization, interpersonal, leadership and problem-solving skills. Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment. Strong writing and research skills. Ability to communicate policies and procedures to a diverse population at all levels. Knowledge of standard office software. Knowledge of project management or task management software (Asana, Smartsheet, Trello) a plus.

In compliance with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is USD $76,500.00 to USD $93,500.00. New York University considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as, market and organizational considerations when extending an offer. This pay range represents base pay only and excludes any additional items such as incentives, bonuses, clinical compensation, or other items.
