We are currently seeking a full-time and onsite Programs and Marketing Coordinator in our Career Development Center. This position is responsible for implementing events and programs involving connecting students and employers. The salary for this position is budgeted at $41,400.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Market, plan, implement, and assess events and programs connecting students and employers.
  • Implement, assess, and analyze the First Destination Survey to track graduate success.
  • Create, develop, promote, and market our Career Development Centers’ services and resources on campus, in our community, and on social media platforms.
  • Assess, review, and report on centers’ events and programs and publicize results.
  • Support department initiatives, personnel, and student employees.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree.
  • At least 2 years’ experience planning, marketing, implementing, executing, and assessing events and programs.
  • Proficient event planning skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Proficiency with word processing, excel spreadsheets, databases, and technology.
  • Experience with Handshake, or a similar platform.
