Position Overview
The Program Project Specialist will assist the Project Directors with all aspects of project coordination. Primary duties will include data management (collection, tracking, and analysis as needed), project outreach and recruitment campaigns, assisting with training-related activities, coordination of purchasing and consultant payments, assisting with sponsor progress and financial reports, and implementation/maintenance of project infrastructure. The Program Project Specialist will also monitor quality improvement efforts, assist with literature reviews as needed, as well as help supervise project interns and assistants.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in related field and one year of related experience or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to provide leadership for student employees and volunteers.
 • Experience in networking across departments and programs.
 • Ability to communicate and work with a diverse population.
 • Strong organizational skills and ability to simultaneously execute multiple projects.
 • Excellent verbal and written communication, and computer skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field and experience managing sponsored projects.
