Qualifications
Bachelors and 1 year experience
Requires a thorough understanding of both theoretical and practical aspects of an analytical, technical or professional discipline; or the basic knowledge of more than one professional discipline. Knowledge of the discipline is normally obtained through a formal, directly job-related 4 year degree from a college or university or an equivalent in-depth specialized training program that is directly related to the type of work being performed. Requires a minimum of one (1) year of directly job-related experience.

Additional Responsibilities
- This position is part of Integrated Enrollment Services and is housed in the Welcome Center. This position will be a dual role: the employee will be responsible for all Enrollment Services outreach (webinars, workshops, resource fairs, etc.>) and will serve as a Financial Aid advisor when needed.
- Some travel may be required; working evenings and weekends will be mandatory on occasion (high school visits, admission events, etc).
- Collect and track data, and compile reports for internal and external stakeholders.

- Higher Education experience.
- Service leadership skills including mutual respect, active listening, and responsiveness.
- Must be a multi-tasker, extremely organized, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to clearly interpret and implement policies and procedures.
- Ability to interact with all levels of internal and external constituents.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Public speaking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
