Each Program Manager is responsible for overseeing one of four Residential Colleges (Ashby, North Spencer, South Spencer, and Strong) with duties that include teaching, advising, mentoring, co-curricular programing, and one of four additional administrative areas of responsibility as part of Lloyd International Honors College (LIHC). The first is student recruitment, admissions, and scholarship support; the second is data and student records management; the third is Disciplinary Honors, programming curation, website support, and events planning; and the fourth is international travel, faculty engagement, and communications. Program Managers will also carry out additional duties as delegated by the Assistant Dean to whom they report.

Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s Degree with a preference for candidates with a minimum of three years of teaching or advising experience and one year of experience working on global educational initiatives and pedagogical practices.
