Job Description

The Program Manager plans, organizes, directs, and manages day-to-day activities, developing and implementing procedures for Faculty Led Programs and Global Initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Promoting, managing, and implementing Faculty Led Programs.
  • Supporting the Senior Director in developing new faculty led Programs and managing the signature programs.
  • Supporting the Senior Director and faculty leaders in the global competency support curriculum on faculty led programs.
  • Managing and implementing special on-going initiatives.
  • Supervising the work of assigned program staff.
  • Performing other related duties as requested by the senior director.

Required Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in applicable field or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Required Experience:

  • Five years of related experience.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, problem solving, and organizational skills
  • Maintains attention to detail and utilizes sound judgment
  • Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others
