About the Job

The James L. Winkle College of Pharmacy is looking for a dynamic team member who will support and manage the operations of the graduate online programs. The successful candidate will complete program needs, provide regular reports, and facilitate assessments of the programs.


Job Overview

Manage, design, develop, modify, and present programs.


Essential Functions
  • Manage, design, develop, modify and present programs.  Perform program needs assessment and make recommendations.
  • Implement policies and procedures. 
  • Maintain budget, prepare contracts, approve and monitor expenditures, prepare budget requests and financial reports. 
  • Act as liaison to internal departments, external entities and community organizations.
  • May prepare and edit reports and/or newsletters and develop publication materials.
  • May provide direct and/or indirect supervision to exempt and non-exempt staff (i.e., hiring/firing, performance evaluations, disciplinary action, approve time off, etc.).
  • Perform related duties based on departmental need.

Required Education
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Seven (7) years of relevant work experience and/or other specialized training can be used in lieu of education requirement.

Required Experience
  • Three (3) years of experience in program development or business administration.
  • May require supervision experience.

Additional Qualifications Considered
  • Experience managing online academic programs.
  • Experience advising and consulting students, faculty, staff individually and collectively embrace the importance of building an inclusive, appreciative, and welcoming environment.
  • Ability to work with a diverse population of students, faculty, and staff.

Physical Requirements/Work Environment
  • Office environment/no specific unusual physical or environmental demands.

  • Competitive salary range of $48,000 - $52,500 for this role, depending on the candidate's experience.
