PROGRAM MANAGER I: SCHOOL OF PUBLIC HEALTH

The School of Public Health seeks a dynamic and organized individual to join the George M. O'Brien Kidney Resource Alliance National Coordinating Center (NCC) as a Program Manager within the School of Public Health (SPH). In this role, you will be responsible for both program management and administrative support functions to ensure the smooth operation and success of the assigned program.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for administratively managing a University department under the general direction of a functional Program Director or under the auspices of a Program Advising Committee and according to an established program plan
• May participate in the development of program objectives and is responsible for achieving objectives within defined parameters set by University and/or department policies and procedures or technical principles
• May require fiscal management of grants and other funds
• May manage multiple programs
• Requires the use of independent judgment to determine the best approach to accomplish objectives established in the program plan
• May supervise staff as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

Annual Salary Range: $ 41,175-$66,915.00

Bachelor's degree in a related field and two (2) years of related experience required. Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement. 

Preferred Additional Qualifications:

• Masters degree preferred
• Proven experience in program management and administration
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, social media management, and content development
• Familiarity with academic and research environments is a plus
