Job Description
What We Are Looking For:
The Baylor Department of Center of Academic Success and Engagement is seeking a Program Manager for Supplemental Instruction to help support the mission of Baylor University.
An Bachelor's Degree, two years of relevant experience, and an active Christian faith is required. A Master's Degree and three years of relevant experience is preferred.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
What You Will Do:
Primary Responsibilities
Secondary Responsibilities
- Supervise 80 – 100 SI each term
- Observe SI sessions as specified in the SI model
- Regularly meet with the SI Leaders and SI Leadership team
- Discuss observations of the SI sessions
- Require and assist SI Leaders to create SI session plans
- Encourage SI Leaders to use a wide variety of collaborative learning techniques
- Act as liaison to faculty involved in the SI program. Gather feedback concerning the SI program
