Program Manager for Institute of Economic Inquiry (IEI)

Location: Omaha, NEBRASKA

This position is responsible for the administration, event planning and execution, and donor development and retention for the Institute for Economic Inquiry. Specifically, the position is responsible for the day-to-day business of the IEI including the organization of the research seminar, IEI public forums, and Food for Thought seminars. In addition, the position will be responsible for the administration and organization of IEI student programs in correspondence with responsible faculty members including the PPE reading group, GWR fellows, and BRF programs with sole responsibility for the BRF program including recruitment, program management, and alumni relations. The position will also assist the IEI director in donor recruitment and retention, new program design and development, IEI strategy. 

This is a grant funded position through June 30, 2024, additional funding may be available, but is not guaranteed.


Masters's Degree or equivalent work experience required; 
Minimum 2-4 years related administrative or program coordinating experience.
2+ years supervisory experience preferred;

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency skills in MS Office Suite to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
