| Job Summary | The Program Manager serves as a key member of the Davidson Management Honors Program (DMHP) and is responsible for the planning, coordination, implementation, and assessment of programs and services that support student success, leadership development, engagement, recruitment, and community building. Reporting to the DMHP Director and working closely with the DMHP Associate Dean, this position plays an integral role in enhancing the undergraduate experience for approximately 250 high-achieving business honors students. The Program Manager serves as a primary point of contact for current and prospective students and collaborates with faculty, staff, alumni, and university partners to support a vibrant and engaged honors community. Responsibilities include student advising, leadership and mentoring programs, recruitment and admissions processes, student engagement initiatives, communications and marketing efforts, event planning, and program operations. The successful candidate will be passionate about student development and committed to creating meaningful experiences that foster connection, belonging, academic excellence, and professional growth. This position requires significant interaction with students, occasional travel, and evening and weekend commitments to support recruitment activities, student events, conferences, competitions, retreats, and experiential learning opportunities. |
