Job Overview

The College of Arts and Sciences Academic Services Office is searching for a service-oriented person to join our team in a Program Manager role. This full-time, salaried position reports to our Director for Academic Processes.


Essential Functions
  • Oversee the Front Desk ensuring that all visitors are supported efficiently with the best possible customer service, including delivering training and scheduling student workers for excellent customer service, university and college policies, and professional standards and expectations.
  • Serve as lead for A&S Scholarship processing.
  • Be a knowledgeable and dependable back-up to team members as needed.

 

Back-up Duties may include

  • Act as the first point of contact for students transitioning from other colleges on the Clifton­ Uptown campus, making them feel like welcome members of our A&S family, and trouble­ shooting any problems or issues with their change of college application.
  • Warmly welcome students transitioning from our regional campuses while supporting their process to transition to A&S, in collaboration with our Recruitment team.
  • Process all change-of-college requests, offers, confirmations, and other forms with the utmost care and accuracy. Run reports as needed.
  • Act as liaison to Registrar's Office and facilitate training for Academic Services staff and staff in
  • A&S academic departments to ensure that Registrar policies and processes are enforced appropriately.

Required Education
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Seven (7) years of relevant work experience and/or other specialized training can be used in lieu of education requirement.

Required Experience
  • Three (3) years of relevant experience
