Bachelors and No experience
Education: Requires a thorough understanding of both theoretical and practical aspects of an analytical, technical or professional discipline; or the basic knowledge of more than one professional discipline. Knowledge of the discipline is normally obtained through a formal, directly job-related 4 year degree from a college or university or an equivalent in-depth specialized training program that is directly related to the type of work being performed. Experience: No experience required.

Job Summary/Additional Duties:
This Program Manager I position will be a member of the Retention and Graduation Initiatives (RGI) team, within Undergraduate Student Success. The position will support the RGI team as a completion specialist with an assigned student population. In addition to supporting their assigned population, this role will provide targeted case management services for students with academic progress concerns. The position will have responsibility for managing support service partnerships and engage in initiatives around the improvement of retention and graduation rates. This position works directly with students and researches student records to assess barriers.
The ideal candidate for this position should possess the following:
- Higher Education and student case management experience.
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple offices to resolve completion barriers.
- Data driven decision making abilities.
- Ability to clearly interpret and implement policies and procedures.
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
- Highest level of professionalism and respect for confidentiality.
