Essential Job Duties
As the Program Evaluator, you will play an important role in amplifying the impact of the Juntos Program by ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of our evaluation efforts. Through your meticulous data management, survey administration, and insightful analysis, you will provide essential insights that guide program enhancements and directly contribute to our mission of empowering Latino students and their families. 
A few key responsibilities include but are not limited to: 
  • Develop and implement data collection processes while ensuring data accuracy, cleanliness, and modification as necessary, and conducting quantitative analysis of survey results.
  • Build and administer surveys using Qualtrics, analyzing survey data to derive insights and trends.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations, tailoring communication strategies for different audiences, and collaborating with staff to ensure reports align with program objectives.
  • Manage evaluation projects across multiple grants and sites, maintaining evaluation timelines and overseeing the national advisory team to enhance evaluation and reporting processes for continual improvement.
  • Train and supervise undergraduate and graduate students in database management and program evaluation, while working with leadership to train staff and student workers on survey administration.

Qualifications


Minimum Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree and one year of experience related to the area of assignment; or equivalent combination of training and experience. 
All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.
Other Required Qualifications
  • Database efficiency
  • Must be willing to travel as the position requires some travel

Preferred Qualifications
  • Prefer Bilingual: Spanish and English, but not necessary
  • Master’s degree with at least 2 years experience in evaluation
  • Completion of statistics classes
  • IRB experience
  • Experience managing evaluation projects
  • Experience and proficiency with data cleaning, programming documentation, and data quality assurance
  • Proficiency and comfort in SAS, SPSS, STATA, R, or another statistical programming language with preference given to SAS
  • Ability to model a data inquiry using linear regression, logistic regression, or similar statistical techniques, interpret model results, and communicate findings within the context of the inquiry
