Salary Range: $47,665 - $77,455 / year

General Responsibilities

• Monitors and oversees daily operations of the Mobile Simulation program under direction of the Mobile Simulation Coordinator. May conduct special projects at the direction of the Mobile Simulation Coordinator.
• Administrative lead for Mobile Sim program deployment and simulation scheduling/coordination, scheduling of learners for Mobile Simulation events.
• Develop, document, and maintain processes for Mobile Simulation, including development of setup guides for Mobile Simulation events.
• Maintains accurate records for inventory. Monitors and tracks use of equipment and supplies used for events.
• Provides support for Mobile Simulation marketing and communications - Reviews and tracks communications from learners interested in Mobile Simulation, as well as requests for new simulation offerings. Obtain and track media release forms for Mobile Simulation events. Assist with development of the Mobile Simulation newsletter to highlight the impact and updates to the Mobile Simulation program.
• Manage data collection, ensuring that all data is collected and generating data reports as needed. Develops reports and other materials to support existing and developing projects. May create reports following each event for approval and dissemination to leadership.
• Facilitates team meetings to communicate scheduled events and monitor any staffing conflicts. Represents UAB at meetings, conferences, and other events. Participates in meetings and responds to requests for information and reports and data efficiently.
• Monitoring and documentation of expenses to budget. May assist in preparation of financial and annual reports.
• Provides transportation services in a safe and timely manner. Performs operational check of vehicle(s) and related transport equipment before and during operation. Takes appropriate action from results of vehicle checks. Maintains a good driving record. Currently licensed with a Driver's License from the State of Alabama required.

Job Description:
Directs the operations of a small programmatic function. Independently designs, develops and administers program content. Establishes program objectives. Manages program fiscal operations. Supervises staff engaged in carrying out program activities.

Bachelor's degree in a related field and three (3) years of related experience required. Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement.
