Nursing Administration has an outstanding opportunity for a PART TIME (24 HOURS PER WEEK), ALTERNATE SHIFT, PROGRAM COORDINATOR. The Program Coordinator serves as the primary resource for coordinating with the Nursing Shift Manager the daily patient flow (ADT) along with staffing and providing administrative support to the Department Manager, Shift Manager, Staffing Coordinator and Nursing Administration. Person is required to function effectively, independently, and confidentially.

This position involves managing work-flows with moderate complexity or multiple projects simultaneously with lesser risk and complexity.

The Program Coordinator will primarily support the House Supervisor with Bed Placement and staffing functions as well as supporting the nursing units for entering admissions and discharges into our ADT system.  May be asked to locate equipment and deliver to a certain area within the hospital.
There may be instances where individual positions must have additional licenses or certification. It is the employer’s responsibility to ensure the appropriate licenses/certifications are obtained for each position.
