Position Details:

Summary of Duties:

Responsible for fiscal management, office management, and event coordination for the Office of Student Involvement. Work collaboratively with OSI staff and student programs, including ASWSUV, Clubs, Recreation, and Student Media; monitor, track and reconcile expenditures for all of the above budgets and Services & Activities (S&A) accounts; initiate paperwork for purchasing, contracts, accounts payable, purchasing card reconciliation, travel, and payroll; in addition to general office duties.


Required Qualifications:

High school graduation or equivalent AND two years of experience in the program specialty OR equivalent education/experience.

Additional Qualifications:

Two years full-time experience performing fiscal duties (budget, cash handling, purchasing, travel, payroll) and complex clerical duties in support of their operations.


Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in an institution of higher education.

Demonstrated knowledge of University operations, policies, and procedures.

A Bachelor’s degree.

Proficient with the use of spreadsheets/databases to track and monitor expenditures.

Experience leading/managing an office setting.

Experience supervising student staff.
